• Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: Full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% charge
• No-shows: Full charge

• Informing us of any aggressive behaviour or health concerns
• Providing appropriate food, medication, and care instructions for sitting services

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
