How far in advance should I book?

For routine services, 48-72 hours notice is usually sufficient. During busy periods like holidays, we recommend booking at least a week ahead. Last-minute requests are accommodated when possible.

What happens if my pet has special dietary needs?

Bring your pet's regular food and any supplements. We follow your feeding instructions precisely and maintain detailed logs of what and when your pet ate.

Are your staff trained in pet first aid?

Yes, all team members hold current pet first aid certification. We also have protocols in place for emergencies and direct lines to local emergency vets.

Can I meet the walker or sitter before booking?

Absolutely. We encourage meet-and-greet sessions so you can feel confident about who's caring for your pet. There's no charge for this initial introduction.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50%. No-shows are charged in full.
